among themselves using text (SMS) messages sent
to, and received from, iPling’s dedicated 99123
short code. Unless you actually type it in, your
name and cellular number is not disclosed in these
messages.
iPling
will never, under any circumstances, sell or distribute
your cellular phone number to third parties or iPling
clients for whom you have not approved. iPling will
never directly market to you any services for which
you have not opted in, either by cell phone, text
message, or email. iPling will never distribute any
personal information about you, including your phone
number, name, billing information, or any other piece
of identifying information.
The
information contained in the text messages you send
to iPling’s dedicated 99123 short code may be monitored
by iPling. The content of your messages will be considered
confidential information and will only be disclosed
to your intended recipients. However, in the event
iPling receives a subpoena or other validly issued
administrative or judicial process requesting access
to your confidential information, iPling shall be
entitled to comply with such subpoena or other process
to the extent required by law. |
